County Services

Community Connections is a new initiative by the Montgomery County Commissioners to provide human services to the people of Montgomery County. The goal of Community Connections is to provide services to people who need them most, where they need them most in their community. Currently, if someone needs assistance, they primarily receive it from the main human services office in Norristown, rather than in their home area. Community Connections will change that by establishing one-stop service centers in an initial four locations around Montgomery County.  Our area office will be located at:

  • Lansdale Office
    421 West Main Street
    Lansdale, PA 19446

Maps & Guides

  • Interactive Agritourism Map - Click this link to access Montgomery County Planning Commission's new web app, Field to Family. The app features an interactive agritourism map that was created to showcase local farms that engage in agritourism or sell fresh produce and other products.  Users can click on individual farms to access detailed farm profiles. With filters for specific types of products, activities and business types, the map simplifies and expedites the search for what the user is seeking. This accessibility not only promotes community engagement but also enhances awareness of the diverse experiences that Montgomery County's farms have to offer.
