Attention customers: The FSA will be instituting a rate change effective in your April 2011 billing. The FSA voted to increase the quarterly sewer rate to $125.00 for residential customers.
Attention public sewer customers: Please remember to update our new mailing address with your financial institutions that provide automatic bill payment for you!!
The Franconia Sewer Authority (FSA) provides public sewer service to residents of Franconia Township, Montgomery County, Pa., and surrounding communities.
Our mission is to promote a cleaner environment by providing safe, environmentally sound wastewater treatment in the most cost-effective way.
The Authority’s responsibilities include:
- Keeping up of existing sewer lines and pump stations
- Recommending expansion of service when necessary
- Reviewing all developments requiring public sewer lines
- Setting rates
- Managing all sewer billing
- Managing dept
- Credit Cards: The FSA will begin accepting credit card payments for quarterly sewer bills in the near future. When the system is ready for use there will instructions posted. Check back for updated information.
- Waste Water Treatment Plant: The new state-of-the-art treatment facility is going through a few final tests and will be operational this Spring.
The Sewer Management Program is separate from the Franconia Sewer Authority and is run by Franconia Township. Please visit the township site for information on this program.
