The Franconia Township Police Department was officially recognized as an Accredited Agency by the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission on July 10, 2010. Franconia joins sixty-nine other law enforcement agencies from around the Commonwealth that have achieved this designation. Read more
National Night Out is an annual worldwide event that brings together citizens, law enforcement agencies, local officials, and local businesses to increase anti-crime awareness and strengthen community partnerships. Franconia Township's National Night Out Against Crime celebration was a spectacular and memorable event! With the help of our community, volunteers, organizations, and department members this year's celebration was a huge success. With an estimate of over 4,000 spectators, this was the largest attended Night Out event in Franconia's history. This was a clear example of Franconia Township's strong community-police partnership.
