Parent Information and Forms

Parents are an important part of the D.A.R.E. education program. Reinforcement at home is vital to making sure the message sticks. It also helps create and keep an open dialogue between you and your child about drugs and alcohol during and after D.A.R.E. education.

After each lesson your child will bring home a letter with an explanation of what they learned and ideas for discussion. You will need to review and sign this letter for your child before the next lesson. If your child forgets the letter, or if you would like to know what they are studying ahead of time, you can download the letter for each lesson below. You’ll also find additional parental forms for D.A.R.E. programs
