Township Manager - Kevin
D. Baver

Appointed by the Board of Supervisors to carry out its policies,
Kevin Baver serves as a liaison between the board and the
residents. The township manager also:
- Proposes and implements procedures for efficient and
effective government
- Directs the township's daily administrative functions
- Represents the township to various organizations
- Serves as the primary contact for residents

Assistant Township Manager - Jamie Worman

Jamie Worman, assistant township
manager, supports the township manager and the Board of Supervisors,
sets the agendas for the Planning Commission and the Parks and
Recreation Board, guides developers in the early stages of the
planning process, and addresses residents’ concerns. |
Administrative Staff:
Finance Officer - David Bernhauser
Finance Officer David Bernhauser collects payments, manages banking
and bills, and monitors investment accounts and the status of the
budget.
Township Administrative Assistant- Justine M. Blain
Administrative assistant, prepares daily reports
and letters, monitors development and manages escrow accounts in
conjunction with township improvements, coordinates bid and contract
documents, prepares meeting minutes, and maintains township files.
Franconia Sewer Authority Administrative Assistant –
Stacey Musick
Stacey Musick, administrative assistant, is responsible for quarterly
sewer billings, sewer accounts payables and receivables, prepares
monthly Sewer Authority financial reports, and other administrative
duties in conjunction with the Sewer Authority.
Secretary/Receptionist - Linda D. Nice
Secretary/receptionist Linda Nice welcomes visitors and answers
calls, coordinates all appointments for the Building Inspector/Code
Enforcement Officer, facilitates all building permits, schedules
use of the township building, and various other duties as directed
by Township management.
Township Engineer - Mr. Barry L. Wert - Metz Engineers
Appointed and directed by the Board of Supervisors, Barry Wert
of Metz Engineers directs the construction, reconstruction, maintenance,
and repair of streets, roads, pavements, sanitary sewers, bridges,
culverts, and other engineering work. He also prepares plans and
schedules, specifications, and estimates of township, and provides
the Board of Supervisors with additional reports or information.
Township Solicitor - Mr. Joseph C. Kuhls, Esquire
Township Solicitor Joe Kuhls represents the township and the Board
of Supervisors. He prepares and approves any bonds, obligations,
contracts, leases, conveyances, ordinances, and assurances involving
the township. Mr. Kuhls represents the township regarding matters of estates, rights, trusts,
privileges, claims, or demands. He also provides the Board of Supervisors,
upon request, with an opinion in writing upon any question of law.
Tax Collector - Jerry DeLong
The tax collector collects all county, township, school, and other
taxes levied, including those outlined in the Local Tax Enabling
Act. In addition to the powers, duties, and responsibilities under
this act, he or she exercises all the powers and performs all the
duties conferred upon tax collectors by law.
